These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and l4444 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the l4444 website at https://l4444.bio and all associated services, products, and features, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a l4444 employee in a position that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from l4444 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

l4444 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment method subject to verification procedures.

One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active l4444 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l4444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. l4444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your l4444 account at any time by contacting customer support. l4444 reserves the right to close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform.

l4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances are displayed and maintained in BDT. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. l4444 reserves the right to add, suspend, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on l4444 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by l4444, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your l4444 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. l4444 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or third-party payments from accounts not registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by l4444 within approximately 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. l4444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Anti-Money Laundering

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse l4444 bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a positive outcome, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• l4444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses may only be applied to eligible game categories as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Free bets and free spin awards expire within the time period stated at the point of issue.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed when l4444 has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. l4444 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered, where the market integrity may have been compromised, or where the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit for the relevant market.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where the event to which it relates is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or where the market is settled in error. Void bets are returned to the player's account at stake value. l4444's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on l4444 are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player. l4444 may suspend live markets at its discretion during periods of high volatility or where the outcome of a wager is deemed certain. Bets placed after the determination of an outcome — even where the platform has not yet updated its markets — will be void.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l4444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances derived from such activity, and may be reported to the relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

l4444 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with its plain English meaning. In the event of any dispute between you and l4444 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

l4444's decision on all betting and gaming outcomes, account actions, and bonus-related matters shall be final unless a clear factual error can be demonstrated by the player. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with l4444 customer support within 14 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.
